Returns and order cancellations are accepted! All returns/cancellations may be subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover transaction fees and handling, so please make sure that the details of your order are correct and in order before finalizing! At the moment, we do not have the capacity to make one-off parts. That said, we are actively working on developing additional parts for other watches, so the part you're thinking of may already be in the works!

We have taken steps to preserve water resistance and thickness for all of our casebacks – specific information regarding the water resistance and change in thickness for each caseback can be found under their respective descriptions.

Our parts are made as replacement or upgrade components, not as originals. You can review the identifying details in our guide, and each part includes clear differences from vintage components. We design them to improve fit, function, or availability for your watch, while keeping the part easy to identify.
